If you need to freeze the product, it is useful to know how to store the eggs in frozen form. There are no special conditions - just put your refrigerator on the express freeze, and the temperature in the freezer is no higher than minus 18. Frozen caviar can be safely stored for up to 9 months. Caviar will not lose its beneficial properties if it is properly defrosted. After freezing, place the can of caviar in the fridge and keep there until the caviar becomes the usual consistency.
